When subscribing you agree to the following;

• Direct messages to your WhatsApp number

• When you reserve NEW items, they could take between 2-6 months to get started on so if you have any specific requirements they must be mentioned at the time of reserving so we can confirm possibility.

• You must let us know if you decide at any point that you no longer want specific items.

• Once your order is due to be made, you will be given approximately 3-6 weeks notice and a date when payment will be due, at this time you must confirm or pass your order.

• Once agreed, your preorder will enter the process of hydration, pinning, mounting etc.

• Once your order is mounted & framed, you will be sent photos & an invoice

• You must pay for your order within 3 days.

• If you fail to pay for your preorder, your item will be sold on.

• If you fail to pay for your special orders twice in a row, your subscription will be cancelled without a refund.
